Fabulous Private Dining

Thanks Richie for catering both nights of our hens party. You were there on time (slightly early in fact), you were prepared and unfazed by working in a semi-cluttered kitchen. I can't thank you enough for the flexibility you showed when it came to us choosing our menu options and also for being so patient with hens who kept on changing the timings. You cleared everything up, you served up delicious tapas on night one and an amazing three course meal on the second night. Even took a group photo for us. We were 20 people and Richie single handedly fed and served us. Highly recommend.

We had Richie as a private chef for a very special weekend celebrating a 60th birthday, and it was an absolute treat from start to finish. The food was excellent and beautifully prepared, and the whole experience felt effortless. Richie arrived an hour before dinner, was completely organised, and served the meal bang on time. By 9:20 he had quietly cleared everything away and left the kitchen looking like nothing had happened at all. A truly professional service combined with fantastic food – and Richie himself is a lovely guy. Highly recommended for any special occasion.
