At Fabulous Private Dining we are genuinely passionate about what we do. We provide delicious, creative menus for a range of special events throughout the South East of England specialising in Private Dining Experiences as well as our Fabulous Paella and Big Pan Cooking. Whether you’re looking for a 3 course dinner, 5 or 7 course Tasting Menu or if you would love for one of our chefs to come and cook a delicious big pan dish in front of your guests... We believe in going the extra mile to make your event truly memorable. We can also provide hot/cold buffet, canapés,or we can help create a bespoke menu for your event, just let us know your requirements and we’d be delighted to cater for you.

Fabulous Private Dining really is fabulous!

Richie came to cook a three-course dinner for 11 of us for a 50th birthday. He was wonderful and really made our weekend. He was in and out in just over two hours and was efficient and friendly, and the food was amazing! The communication in advance was clear and quick and the menu choices were great. He even brought all his own plates and cutlery along so we didn't have to wash up! I would highly recommend Richie and Fabulous Private Dining and we will certainly be using him again.

Delicious food and a pleasure to work with

The paella was great - freshly cooked and we were offered option of a seafood and a chicken and chorizo paella which worked very well for our guests. It was delicious and enjoyed by everyone. The churros for dessert really made the evening. Richie communicated clearly with us so I was confident he would deliver and food hygiene and cooking was very good. I'd happily use him again!
