At Fabulous Private Dining we are genuinely passionate about what we do. We provide delicious, creative menus for a range of special events throughout the South East of England specialising in Private Dining Experiences as well as our Fabulous Paella and Big Pan Cooking. Whether you’re looking for a 3 course dinner, 5 or 7 course Tasting Menu or if you would love for one of our chefs to come and cook a delicious big pan dish in front of your guests... We believe in going the extra mile to make your event truly memorable. We can also provide hot/cold buffet, canapés,or we can help create a bespoke menu for your event, just let us know your requirements and we’d be delighted to cater for you.

Richie is great, we would have him move in!

We booked Richie for my mums 50th birthday. He always communicated fast and well, allowing us to adapt menu choices to suit us. Richie turned up on time, served incredible food and left my kitchen exactly how he found it. He also dished up another meal for someone who was unable to attend (without us asking, as we mentioned someone was working!) he is honestly the nicest guy and when we wish to do this again, Richie is who we would use, hands down.

Amazing service!!!

Wow! The Paella was amazing! Everyone that attended said what a good idea it was and how they would 100% do this for their next party. Cannot fault anything!

A-MAZ-ING!

Everything was absolutely incredible. Ritchie went above and beyond and made my husband’s 60th magical in every aspect of the word. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything else and couldn’t recommend or rate him any more. He was brilliant - his food was fabulous and he’s just such a lovely genuine guy.
