Swasdee สวัสดี* — that's hello in Thai, and it's how every great meal begins.
I'm Nok, a Thai chef from the streets of Udon Thani. In 2019, my partner Mihai and I quit our jobs, booked a flight, and never looked back.
That leap of faith turned into something we're pretty proud of.
By the numbers: 100,000+ hand-rolled spring rolls. 750 litres of coconut milk. 200+ events a season. Fully booked every weekend.
From Brighton to Leicester to London — our food has travelled, and so have the smiles.
We've cooked for Warner Bros Studios, Holland & Barrett, and the NHS. Corporate lunches, weddings, birthdays — if there are people to feed, we're there.
Thai food is built on four flavours: *salty, spicy, sweet, and sour.* Get them right, and something magic happens. Every dish we make chases that balance.
We set up anywhere — gardens, offices, event halls — and we move fast. 300 guests per hour fast. Because hungry people shouldn't wait.
