At Farina e Fiamme, we bring the true taste of Italy wherever the road takes us. Operating from our beautifully converted horse box trailer, we serve authentic wood-fired pizzas made with the finest Italian flour (farina) and baked to perfection in the flames (fiamme).
Our pizzas are hand-stretched, freshly made, and cooked in seconds in our traditional wood-fired oven — delivering that perfect crisp base, bubbling cheese, and rich aroma everyone loves.
We cater for markets, weddings, festivals, private events, and corporate functions, offering quick, friendly service and unforgettable flavour. Whether it’s a relaxed garden party or a lively festival crowd, Farina e Fiamme brings warmth, energy, and great taste to every event.

Our Story
With many years of experience running busy restaurant kitchens, my inspiration behind Farina e Fiamme comes from a lifelong love for Italian cuisine and the joy of simple, honest food.
I spent years working for Piccolino Restaurants, where I became the Pizza Trainer for the company, sharing my passion and skills across multiple kitchens. After countless busy services leading teams of 14+ chefs, I felt it was time for something different — something more personal.
That’s how Farina e Fiamme was born. I rediscovered the true joy of pizza-making the traditional Italian way, using a wood-fired oven where every pizza is crafted by hand and cooked by flame. The result? Unforgettable flavour that only fire can create.
My journey has taken me around the world — including time working in the USA on cruise ships — but my heart has always belonged to the kitchen, and especially to pizza.
Now, with Farina e Fiamme, I bring that passion, skill, and authenticity to every event — one pizza at a time.

Arrived promptly. Made pizzas to guests requests including special diets. All guests commented how good they where.

Farina e Fiamme Pizza were a massive hit at my party. Guests loved the pizzas and were delighted with the choices. My gluten free friend was really chuffed that he could be catered for. Ivo was a delight to deal with. Beforehand he was communicative and answered all my questions quickly. On the night he was charming and worked incredibly hard but always smiling. It was absolutely top notch and I can highly recommend. Great value too.

Evo was not only professional and friendly, but you could tell he genuinely loves what he does— and it shows in every bite. The pizzas were out of this world — perfectly crisp, beautifully charred bases with the freshest toppings you can imagine. There was something for everyone, and guests are still talking about how it was the best pizza they’ve ever had! The setup was stylish and seamless, and Evo made sure everything ran smoothly so we could just relax and enjoy the evening .
