We have great environmental credentials as we don’t need a generator and can run very happily without an electrical hook-up. This is done by using commercial cool boxes, batteries and by running our espresso machine, hot water system and griddle on gas. This also means we produce very little noise pollution. All our packaging is sourced from Biopac (UK) and is compostable.

We aim for food that hasn’t been sold and cannot be kept to be donated to local charities (Louth Larder) rather than thrown away whenever possible.

We are available for corporate events, weddings, employee perks and party bookings alongside our diary of county shows, farmers markets and street food socials.
