Fiamma Mobile Pizzeria

Using a professional portable gas pizza oven setup, I prepare fresh artisan-style pizzas cooked to order on site, creating a relaxed and interactive food experience for guests.

I’m a passionate pizzaiolo with over 5 years of professional experience working in some of Dublin’s busy pizza kitchens. I started my journey at Zero Zero Pizza, where I developed strong foundations in dough fermentation, Neapolitan-style pizza making, oven management, and fast-paced service. During my time there, I refined my skills in preparing high-quality pizzas consistently while working under pressure in a high-volume environment.

I now work as Head Chef at La Strada, where I oversee kitchen operations, menu preparation, food quality, and service standards. This role has strengthened my leadership, organisation, and creativity in the kitchen while allowing me to continue specialising in artisan-style pizza and Italian food.

Alongside my restaurant experience, I also operate a mobile pizza setup for private events, popups, and catering. I focus on fresh ingredients, long-fermented dough, and delivering restaurant-quality pizza in a relaxed and personal setting for guests across Dublin.
