We offer farm fresh flavours, our butchers are Westland Farm Shop in Southampton and everything comes directly from their farm.
We serve flat iron steak, chicken supreme and halloumi. This is all served on a bed of chips accompanied by a side salad of watercress, spinach and rocket. with a choice of peppercorn or chimichurri sauce.
I am a local boy who grew up in Hampshire and always had a desire to cook clean food. The ingredients do all the talking.

Delicious food, wonderful presentation.
Easy to deal with in advance, giving clear and quick responses to questions. Leon and Charlotte arrived on time having completely understood what we wanted. They were friendly and fun, setting up their beautiful service area with no bother. They catered for the 100 guests in a way that meant nobody seemed to be waiting long. The food was absolutely delicious. We have had so many people telling us how good it was. I cannot recommend Field & Furnace highly enough.

The food was beautifully cooked and everyone enjoyed it. Leon was very friendly and a joy to chat to. He had an electronic system where the card buzzed when the food was ready which made it an efficient service. I would hire him again and would strongly recommend him.
