About Five String Thing Ceilidh Band

Five String Thing is a Ceilidh band comprising of two fiddle, mandolin, guitar, double bass and caller. Our caller guides the dancers through their steps so that everyone can join in and enjoy the dancing. Ceilidh dancing also covers barn dances and country dancing. The music is traditional toe-tapping tunes from around the British Isles and a few from France and America. We can provide our own PA equipment.

Created a great atmosprhere at our party!

Five String Thing played at our anniversary party, and created a great atmosphere. Great fun dancing, and learning the steps. Would definitely hire again for any future party.
