We are a family run catering business, based in Hemel Hempstead in Hertfordshire can travel to surrounding places within 50miles. We provide best of both world, high end fine dinning and events including festivals, big lunches, co-operate, birthday.

We aim to provide and introduce authentic African cuisine with a twist for all kinds of events requirements. Head chef traditional way of cooking African food , was passed down to her by my 87 year old mum who is a caterer by trade. Flavourz of Ghana is an upcoming business and gaining grounds with Africans and non Africans in Hertfordshire and surrounding areas, being rated 5* on UberEat and recently started on Deliveroo, also rated 5 with Food Standard Agency.
There are a couple of options for an event, we can either serve meals in a buffet style, which requires less servers or we could provide your menu in serving bowls on tables for guest to dish out as required providing an informal sitting twist. You can make your selection from our menu list, or you can leave that to us, to Wow you and your guests. Though we have set menus we also provide bespoke options to your budgets and requirement. Our vegetarian/ Vegan curries are always a talking point!
We can also cater for parties, naming ceremonies, engagements , weddings ,private functions either home or co-operates for upto 0ne hundred guests. We do street food and festivals . We provide African fine dining for guests with a diverse catering menu on request.
