We offer a bespoke catering service, tailored to your needs. We can provide a stunning Airstream-style kitchen trailer which will look great at your event. Alternatively, we can build a bespoke kitchen in your marquee or venue. The trailer kitchen can provide a buffet service up to 200 or plated for up to 100 covers. From a bespoke kitchen, we can cater for up to 600 buffet style or 200 covers plated. Steve is a classically trained chef with 33 years' experience in high-end restaurants and hotels, and spent 8 years on luxury cruise ships, including 4 years as Executive Chef with Royal Caribbean Cruises.
