Full Malaysian Menu - Char Kway Teow – smoky wok-fried rice-stick noodles with prawns and vegetables - Chicken Rendang– slow-braised chicken in coconut-spice gravy - Beef Rendang – tender beef cooked in coconut milk and toasted spices - Malay Beef Keema– fragrant minced beef with warming spices - Bang Bang Chicken– chilled sesame-chilli chicken with a Malaysian twist - Honey Chicken – crispy bites glazed in honey-soy - Singapore Rice Stick & Nasi Goreng – Malaysian-style noodles and spicy fried rice - Malaysian Vegetable Curry & Samosas – coconut-based curry with crispy veg samosas - Roti Canai with Curry Dip – flaky, hand-pulled flatbread served with dhal or chicken curry - Coconut Rice – pandan-infused coconut rice, served solo or as a combo base - Malaysian Special: Nasi Lemak with Fried Chicken** – coconut rice, sambal, peanuts, anchovies, egg, and crispy spiced chicken thigh
