Hello! I’m Caroline of Forest Fox Photography, and it’s lovely to meet you. I love working with couples who want genuine moments, relaxed portraits and a photographer who will help them feel at ease.

Our story After graduating with a photography and design degree, Caroline began her career at Venture Photography in Nottingham, where she learned how to create relaxed, enjoyable experiences for families, couples, children and pets. Karl worked in the music industry for many years, and when the opportunity came to build a studio of our own, we jumped at it — and LOVE Photography was born in 2010.

Our aim has always been to capture happy memories in a calm, welcoming space, allowing natural moments to unfold with just a little gentle direction when needed. We especially love working with people who are a little camera shy, because helping them feel comfortable is part of the magic.

Now, 16 years later, we’re Forest Fox Photography, based at our cosy studio in Sherwood Forest Arts & Crafts Centre, and we’re delighted to capture weddings and family stories too. After assisting and second shooting for other photographers, we’ve now photographed around 150 weddings, and we love telling each story through candid moments, relaxed portraits and the little in-between moments and DIY details that make your day feel personal.

2025: Opened our new studio at Sherwood Forest Arts & Crafts Centre in Edwinstowe — a beautiful location surrounded by independent shops, studios and woodland walks, and the perfect home for Forest Fox Photography. 2024: Worked from Arnold Business Centre. 2022: Reopened as weLOVEphotography in Sneinton, Nottingham. 2020: The studio temporarily closed during COVID, but we continued with outdoor shoots and wedding bookings. 2010–2020: Launched LOVEphotography in Hockley, Nottingham, and photographed thousands of families, babies, couples and pets from our portrait studio.

Our typical clients are couples and families who love natural, joyful photography, relaxed group and couple photos, and a friendly, happy photographer to blend in and capture all the memories.
