About Forest Fox Photography

Hello! I’m Caroline of Forest Fox Photography, and it’s lovely to meet you. I love working with couples who want genuine moments, relaxed portraits and a photographer who will help them feel at ease.

Our Story

We opened our first studio in 2010 as LOVE Photography in Hockley, Nottingham, photographing families, children and pets. As time went on, families started asking us to capture their weddings too - and that’s really how our wedding photography journey began!

We now book about 30-40 weddings per year - all kinds of venues from all over the midlands (and beyond) - a mix of sizes from ceremony only to all day celebrations! Then the rest of the week is families, children and pets - either in the studio or out on location. We are currently growing our commercial and branding business too.

In Oct 2025, we opened our little studio in beautiful Sherwood Forest (Edwinstowe) and in Jan 2026 we changed our name to Forest Fox Photography, to reflect our new rustic surroundings and all the outdoor shoots and countryside weddings we love so much ❤️

Our style is relaxed, natural and full of genuine moments, and we're looking forward to capturing many more family stories and memories in the years ahead ❤️

Our Team

Forest Fox Photography is run by Caroline and Karl, a husband-and-wife team who bring a warm, relaxed and friendly approach to every wedding and family shoot.

Experience

2025: Opened our new studio at Sherwood Forest Arts & Crafts Centre in Edwinstowe — a beautiful location surrounded by independent shops, studios and woodland walks, and the perfect home for Forest Fox Photography. 2024: Worked from Arnold Business Centre. 2022: Reopened as weLOVEphotography in Sneinton, Nottingham. 2020: The studio temporarily closed during COVID, but we continued with outdoor shoots and wedding bookings. 2010–2020: Launched LOVEphotography in Hockley, Nottingham, and photographed thousands of families, babies, couples and pets from our portrait studio.

Amazing people

From start to finish these two wonderful photographs was clicking away capturing ( I can’t wait to see) wonderful moments of our wedding day from the house to the church onto reception, some structure moments ( not may because I wanted unforgettable moments) I can’t wait to see some previews and then the whole package. Fantastic team so fingers crossed for the finished product
