Could not recommend more, Tyler and his team were fantastic, Tyler was professional, kind and provided everything we asked for and more. All my guests commented on the bar and especially Tyler and his team who were simply amazing and provided faultless service. Before the event Tyler spent alot of time discussing what I wanted and designed a bespoke cocktail menu for the day. The cocktails were unbelievable and everything looked incredible. Fantastic from start to finish I couldn’t thank Tyler and the Four Bar Four team more for making our wedding so special. Everything was perfect, every request and detail you catered for and nothing was too much trouble. I mentioned my grandad liked a certain unusual drink and you hand delivered this to him. The bar looked amazing your team were so much fun and looked after everyone so well. Everyone is still talking about the cocktails! Over promised and undelivered. Took no responsibility for their oversights; including turning up at my house on the wedding day despite having all the venue information and texting me (the bride) an hour before the ceremony. He handed business cards out to guests. Having asked us what we would like he went on to completely ignore requests. Quote for the drinks reception included serving but in the end they just left the sparkling wine on tables so no one knew it was there and people did not have charged glasses for the speeches including the bride, groom and their parents so embarrassing. Tyler refers to his team as “staff” when in fact it’s him and his mum and dad- it is unprofessional, they don’t wear uniform like it looks on the website.
