Fresh Form supplies event staff across Hertfordshire and London – waiting and bar support, front of house and guest welcome, kitchen and back-of-house, set-up and de-rig, porters, and event cleaning. Teams or individuals, one day or a full weekend.

What makes us different We employ our staff. They're not names on a database or self-employed people we've never met – they're on our payroll, insured, and they work for us. That means no employment or status questions for you, one invoice, and people who actually answer the phone the morning of your event.

Everyone completes our Skills Academy before their first shift. It's assessed, not a tick-box induction, and it covers the things that matter on the day: reliability, guest conduct, health and safety, professional boundaries, and knowing when to ask rather than guess.

If we take your booking, we cover it. We turn down work we can't reliably fill, because a supplier who says yes and then can't deliver is worse than one who says no.

And you get the same faces back. If a team works well at your venue, book them again – they'll already know your layout, your standards and your kit.

Why we exist Fresh Form is a certified social enterprise. We employ local people – many of them young people who've struggled to get a first job because every role wants experience they haven't been allowed to get yet. They're trained, supported and paid properly, and every shift builds a verified record of what they've done.

So the event gets staffed to a professional standard, and the same spend creates real opportunity locally. Most of our clients treat that as a bonus rather than the reason they book us – but it's a good bonus.
