FYR began with a simple idea: exceptional food should feel personal.
Founded by Chef Matt Smith, FYR brings the precision, creativity and ambition of some of the UK's most respected kitchens into private homes, intimate spaces and special occasions. Having honed his craft at The Freemasons at Wiswell and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Matt combines refined technique with a relaxed, generous style.
