Gaia Glamping Hire began from our love of creating memorable outdoor experiences for family and friends. After years of working in festival accommodation and hospitality, we wanted to bring that same level of comfort, care and creativity to weddings, garden parties, hen camps and special celebrations across the South of England. We believe that outdoor events should feel magical, cosy and beautifully styled, without the stress for the host. Every tent we set up is designed with thought, warmth and attention to detail, so guests can relax and enjoy the moment.

We bring over 15 years of hands-on experience in outdoor hospitality, festival accommodation and luxury tent setups. Before launching Gaia Glamping Hire, we worked behind the scenes at some of the UK’s leading festivals, managing guest accommodation, tent villages and hospitality structures. Louise previously co-ran Elessar Yurt Village and was part of the team behind boutique backstage glamping, giving her a deep understanding of what makes an outdoor stay feel comfortable, stylish and stress-free. Justin brings extensive logistical experience from both festivals and the military, ensuring every setup is safe, secure and professionally executed.

Our typical clients include couples planning relaxed outdoor weddings, families hosting garden parties or birthdays, hens looking for a stylish glamping weekend, and event organisers needing beautiful guest accommodation for festivals or retreats. We also work with corporate teams, wellness facilitators, and private venues that want premium, comfortable tent setups for their guests. We support accessibility needs through our sister company, CampAble CIC.

Our background includes years of work in festival hospitality, large-scale event accommodation and outdoor logistics. Louise has been involved in developing high-quality boutique camping experiences for major UK festivals, and Justin brings a strong organisational foundation from his military experience, ensuring precision, safety and reliability in every setup. We are fully insured, operate professionally, and continue to develop accessible glamping options through our sister company, CampAble CIC, supporting guests with additional needs.
