Our Story
Gaia Glamping Hire began from our love of creating memorable outdoor experiences for family and friends. After years of working in festival accommodation and hospitality, we wanted to bring that same level of comfort, care and creativity to weddings, garden parties, hen camps and special celebrations across the South of England. We believe that outdoor events should feel magical, cosy and beautifully styled, without the stress for the host. Every tent we set up is designed with thought, warmth and attention to detail, so guests can relax and enjoy the moment.
Our Team
Gaia Glamping Hire is run by mother and daughter Louise and Liv, bringing a warm, thoughtful and personal approach to every setup. Together, we focus on creating spaces that feel soft, welcoming and beautifully put together from the moment you arrive.

Experience
We bring over 15 years of hands-on experience in outdoor hospitality, festival accommodation and luxury tent setups. Before launching Gaia Glamping Hire, we worked behind the scenes at some of the UK’s leading festivals, managing guest accommodation, tent villages and hospitality structures. Louise previously co-ran Elessar Yurt Village and was part of the team behind boutique backstage glamping, giving her a deep understanding of what makes an outdoor stay feel comfortable, stylish and stress-free.
