GameRider

Want a birthday party the kids will actually talk about? We park a fully kitted-out gaming bus outside your house. No venue to book, no party games to plan, and no wondering how you’ll keep fifteen eight-year-olds busy for an hour and a half.

We’re a family-run gaming bus based in Dudley (and yes, we’ve won awards for it). We do parties all over Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Solihull and the wider West Midlands: kids’ birthdays, school events, even weddings. You get to enjoy the day while we handle the noise.

What’s on board

- PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo consoles - The games they’re always asking for: Fortnite, Roblox, Minecraft, Rocket League and EA Sports FC26 - A proper racing simulator (expect a queue) - Room for up to 10 players at once - Hosts who know the games and keep everyone playing nicely - A playlist put together for your party - HD screens, comfy seats, and heating or air con depending on the weather - Free digital invitations to send out - A birthday present for the birthday boy or girl

How it works

We turn up, park and switch everything on. The kids pile onto the bus and have it to themselves for the whole party. Our hosts stay on board the entire time. They’ll sort out teams, help anyone who’s stuck on a level and make sure nobody hogs the controller.

Prices from £190

A 90-minute party costs £190 Monday to Thursday, or £230 at the weekend. If they’re having too much fun to stop, you can add an extra 30 minutes for £50.

Locations we cover

We’re based in Dudley and cover Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Solihull, Walsall, West Bromwich, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Kidderminster and everywhere in between. Live a bit further out? Give us a shout and we’ll see what we can do.

You sort the cake. We’ll bring the bus.
