The Gastronomy Guys specialise in alternative events. We come from unconventional hospitality and design backgrounds and bring a unique experience to your guest.
Specialising in immersive catering, we work closely with clients to expedite their event needs, creating bespoke menus or designing a guest experience which is unique to the client.
Canapes that smoke, cocktails that shock, desserts that confuse - Gastronomy Guys events are all about your senses being encapsulated, and guided by our Alchemist Actors, guests can be involved and enthralled in a unique way.
Our Nitro Dessert Station and mobile Meringue Trolley encourages guests to try new flavours and treats, with surprising effects!
The Cabinet of Curiosity Cocktails are a range of specialist drinks and new ways to serve - from our 'Build Your Own' Cocktail Trunk which gets guests up mixing their own potions, to our Nitro Cocktail Tap serving instant cocktails over hand cut ice blocks and custom garnishes - The Gastronomy Guys do drinks differently.
Tricking the mind and creating an alternative dining experience, our Themed Food Stations bring together brilliant flavours and intriguing food design to get your guests eating what looks like a tiny tomato, but is actually not. It's better.
Amazing to look at, fun to get involved with and delicious - our Molecular Food Stations stations are always a talking point and we can ensure every guest is involved. Our roaming Oyster Boys shuck oysters in front of guests and serve them up straight from a basket they're slinging over their kilts, or our enthusiastic team will wander round with our interesting options.

What a hit!
Our attendee's where so impressed with The Gastronomy Guys at our VIP event. Set up and ice cream was amazing. Robin was super professional, organised and friendly. Was super easy working with him and his team. Will definitely be looking to book again in future.
