GHK Catering was established in July 2015 by Gradyn. With many years experience in the catering and hospitality industry, we have joined forces to provide hog roasts and event catering in the South West. Whether you are having a wedding, birthday party, special occasion or fundraiser, we can cater for all your needs. We provide everything from our hog roast package to BBQ’s, buffets and sit down menus. We require very little space in which to work and dependent upon the weather can work in as little space as 3m x 3m indoors or outdoors. Where possible we make sure that we use local suppliers and all of our pigs are free range from the local area. Worried about the cleaning down? Don’t worry about this once everything is over we clear all of our own rubbish away and clean all of the equipment ourselves. We are a fully mobile service and due to the nature of our machine we can either cook the pig and travel to your required destination for the serving time, however we do prefer it if we can be at the venue all day whilst cooking the pig and setting up. It will take us around 8-10 hours to cook a whole pig and the average hog roast will feed up to 120 people.

We are able to provide catering at all types of events. We have a combined 12 years experience in the trade. We can cover events such as a wedding buffet or sit down meal through to a BBQ or hog roast.
