Glen began playing the bagpipes at the age of eight, growing up surrounded by piping through the Boys’ Brigade in his hometown of Dundee. From an early age, he developed a real love for the instrument, supported by his family, with his granny being one of his biggest fans along the way.
Over the years, that early interest grew into a serious commitment. Glen went on to compete at major championships, including the UK Pipe Band Championships and the World Pipe Band Championships, developing both his skill and discipline as a player.
What started as something he simply enjoyed has now become a full-time profession. Glen is inspired by the impact the pipes can have in important moments, whether that’s creating a powerful entrance at a wedding or adding meaning and emotion to a final farewell. He takes pride in being part of those moments and in delivering something that genuinely stays with people.
