Gourmet Paella: A Story of Passion, Tradition and Flavour.

I’m Javier Roca, born in the beautiful region of Valencia, the birthplace of authentic Paella valenciana. From a young age, I learned the secrets of this dish from my dear mother, in those family gatherings where the aroma of freshly made paella filled the air and brought everyone together around the table. My passion for paella led me to start my own business in Spain, where I successfully ran Bona Paella, a takeaway paella restaurant in Alcossebre. For four years, I built a loyal customer base, drawn by the authentic flavours and tradition infused into every dish. Looking to expand my business but faced with high costs in Spain, I decided to take a leap and move to London. Here, I discovered a vibrant food scene, but something was missing: true Paella valenciana. While I saw paella being served in markets and restaurants, none followed the traditional standards that make this dish a symbol of Spanish gastronomy. That’s when Gourmet Paella London was born, a premium paella catering service designed for exclusive events and private celebrations. It’s not just about serving paella; it’s about creating an authentic experience, where guests can watch the cooking process live, enjoy the highest-quality ingredients, and share unforgettable moments over an authentic freshly prepared paella. At every event, I bring the spirit of my homeland to life: a beautiful gathering where paella unites family and friends around the table.
