Together we would socialize, do activities, and go on holidays and so forth with the troops. During all this you could imagine the type of appetites that would have developed. As we are all big growing lads, we needed our massive appetites to be filled. If I knew the amount of times we ate out at restaurants and takeaways a year I would give a figure but lets just say more times than we are promised that our taxes will be cut. This led us to cook and produce our favorite dishes and develop new ones along the way, as we couldn’t afford to eat out all the time as you could imagine and also stop raiding all of our parent’s fridges, sorry mum.
During this time we were developing culinary skills and into our own individual men we became conscious to the boom London started getting within street food. We decided to stick to our guns and start a catering business. Our food consists of grilling and barbequing meat with traditional methods but with an acknowledgement to our cultural Asian backgrounds. This is inputted into our marinades, the way we cook the dish, the ingredients within type of fish, vegetable and cuts of meat. Overall Guerrilla Griller would like to magnify our journey and share it with everyone let them experience the passion we have for cooking and getting together as friends and family.
