Gùzzü is a premium mobile cocktail and mocktail bar service created to bring a stylish, professional and memorable drinks experience directly to your event. We cater for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, receptions, private parties and special occasions across London and surrounding areas.

Our service can include professional bartenders, cocktail and mocktail preparation, premium mixers, fresh garnishes, ice, glassware, bar equipment, beautifully presented drinks displays, ambient lighting and eye-catching finishing touches. We can provide a complete bar service or work flexibly with clients who prefer to supply some or all of their own alcohol.

At Gùzzü, presentation is just as important as taste. We focus on quality drinks, friendly service and creating a bar setup that complements the atmosphere and style of your event. From elegant cocktail receptions to larger celebrations, we tailor each package around your guest numbers, venue and requirements.

Our aim is simple it’s to take the stress out of the drinks service while giving your guests an experience they’ll remember.

My journey into mixology started long before I ever thought of turning it into a business. Before and during university, I was always the person at house parties experimenting at the drinks table—mixing different juices and spirits together to create something that tasted better than the standard options available. Friends would try whatever I had made for myself, then immediately ask me to make the same drink for them.

That eventually inspired me to create several different punches for one of my own parties, and the response was incredible. People kept talking about them long after the event.

After university, someone who remembered one of those punches contacted me and asked if I could provide the drinks for their wedding. I said yes, made sure I had everything required to operate professionally, and that became the beginning of my journey in the events and mixology industry. I haven't looked back since.

Over the years, I've developed my craft around creating drinks that are not only visually impressive, but genuinely taste amazing. I've been fortunate to receive award nominations and create drinks that have gained significant attention, including You, Me & Hennessy, my most viral creation to date, as well as the Beijing Sunrise.

What inspires me most is creating something completely unique for each event. I love being able to understand a client's occasion, personality or theme and turn that into a signature cocktail or mocktail—sometimes creating something completely new on the spot.

For me, the best compliment is when guests leave an event still talking about a drink they tasted there because they know they won't find it anywhere else. That is what Guzzü is about: great-tasting drinks, creativity, memorable presentation and giving every event its own signature experience.
