Happy Moments

Happy Moments brings colour, creativity and fun to children’s parties and special events. I offer professional face painting and balloon twisting, with a range of colourful designs suitable for different ages and party themes.

I provide a friendly and relaxed service and always aim to make each child feel special. Services can be booked individually or combined, depending on your event and number of children.
