Rude delivery man

The man who delivered the numbers was quite rude. Seemed annoyed when we asked him take them to situ which was only down 3 steps into a garden. Was told by the owner they would be collected at midnight and when I asked the person who delivered them he said he would not be coming at midnight and would be there the following day. He then turns up a midnight, again seemingly annoyed that he was having to be there. Great communication from the owner but perhaps rethink using your husband for delivery. Was also giving no guidelines or instructions for use. He simply put them down, took the money and left
