Hel’s Kitchen

I cook food from different cuisines - the common thread is that they are all cooked over fire in the Braai giving it the flavour only wood fire can give. Examples of my food include the famous Portuguese Prego Roll, marinated meats from North Africa, the Middle East and Indian sub-continent and gourmet burgers, variations on a theme of the classic American hamburger.

Currently I am set up to sell food to the public at small events and markets. Typical events would include family fun days, artisan/farmers markets. I am also happy to provide catering for weddings and similar private events.
