We can provide several levels of service :
1) Basic : we prepare all falafel and salads off site and dish it out on the day of the event
2) Deluxe : we come onsite and fry falafel and mezzeh on the spot (several options : vegan / vegetarian or meaty) and we serve it hot together with a choice of lebanese salads
3) Market stall : we set up a market stall on the field and prepare everything on the spot- thats for the cases without kitchen / fryer access
