Hungry Bear is a chef led mobile catering business bringing freshly prepared, high quality street food to events across Essex, London and surrounding areas. With professional catering experience behind every menu, we focus on great flavours, generous portions, efficient service and food people genuinely enjoy.

Our menus are flexible and can be tailored to suit each event, from juicy aged beef burgers, chicken kebabs, wraps and loaded fries to Polish specialities, breakfast menus and bespoke dishes. We cater for festivals, markets, school and community events, corporate functions, weddings and private parties.

We operate from a fully equipped professional food trailer and can comfortably cater for both smaller private events and busy high volume services. Vegetarian options and customised menus are also available, allowing us to build the right food offer for your guests and budget.

I’ve been a professional chef for many years, working in high volume and corporate catering and leading kitchen teams in some of London’s major workplaces. Food has always been about more than simply serving a meal to me. I enjoy creating great flavours, developing new dishes and seeing people genuinely enjoy what we produce.

Hungry Bear started as a way to bring that professional kitchen experience into a more relaxed street food environment. I wanted the freedom to create different menus, combine British and international street food with some of my Polish roots, and take our food directly to festivals, markets, sporting events and private celebrations.

Everything we do is built around freshly prepared food, generous portions and friendly service. We are constantly developing our menus and adapting them to different events and customers, while keeping the same professional standards you would expect from an experienced catering team.
