We bring the sights, sounds, and aromas of our authentic mobile catering van to your private event or community gathering. We believe in using top-quality fresh produce, local where possible, to create top-quality dishes.
We serve Japanese-style fried chicken. Also known as Karaage. Karaage, pronounced "Ka-raa-geh" is traditional Japanese fried chicken, dating as far back as the early 1900s. Marinated in Soy sauce, Ginger and Garlic, deep-fried in Potato Starch resulting in juicy Chicken with a crispy coating. Served on Japanese-style rise or with chips. The chicken is juicy and crisp without being oily, with a savory umami undertone from the shoyu marinade. Closing your eyes, you can easily imagine that you’re eating en plein air at a summer matsuri festival.
