I highly recommend Rob and the team for our special 1920,s theme of a murder mystery event for our wedding anniversary event held at Wern manor in Porthmadog. From start of enquiry to completion of the evening was a fantastic experience. OUTSTANDING

I contacted Interrupt the routine to enquire about a retro murder mystery event incorporated in a celebratory dinner , and right from the beginning, Rob was amazing , in allaying my fears about guest reception,to the time needed, to the way we could keep the interest of the group. The evening itself went off seamlessly, with Rob briefing the ‘suspects’ prior to the event, to the unfolding of the mystery, the clues handed out , the quality of the clues used, and handling of the bunch of guests including the hecklers ! Everyone had an amazing time ! I highly recommend this company , they are GOOD!

I hired this company for my wedding and was charged £900, but they didn’t show. When my maid of honour called them to find out where they were, Robert from Interrupt the Routine laughed and said he had the wrong date. Not something we found particularly funny seeing as we had clarified the date prior to the event. Not to mention it was completely unprofessional and hugely disrespectful considering their error had significantly impacted the success of one of the most important days of my life. They sent an “emergency DJ” but he didn’t arrive until after 9pm when many guests had already left. Additionally, communication pre and post event was terrible, and even getting a refund was a struggle. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Good start to our journey, as the customer was happy and looking forward to our event in August
