Interrupt the Routine

I hired this company for my wedding and was charged £900, but they didn’t show. When my maid of honour called them to find out where they were, Robert from Interrupt the Routine laughed and said he had the wrong date. Not something we found particularly funny seeing as we had clarified the date prior to the event. Not to mention it was completely unprofessional and hugely disrespectful considering their error had significantly impacted the success of one of the most important days of my life. They sent an “emergency DJ” but he didn’t arrive until after 9pm when many guests had already left. Additionally, communication pre and post event was terrible, and even getting a refund was a struggle. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I organised the event for my partners 40th, communication with Rob was great, he was able to rewrite characters with last minute changes and it was obvious he put so much work and effort into the event. Rob’s energy was contagious, as soon as he came over and was in character, the entire group came together and started the performance. My partner and her friends loved it, Rob was able to handle a group who were very merry and over excited over the murder :)

Rob was fantastic, he was funny and the perfect quiz master for our dinner party! He came with buzzers and made our dinner party. All ours guests were raving about him. Thank you Rob x
