Lisa’s professional career within the NHS has developed strong organisational skills, care and precision — qualities that translate naturally into event planning and delivery. Alongside her healthcare background, Lisa also has experience in hospitality, balloon décor styling and runs her own sand art business, bringing a creative and artistic perspective to every Isla Vue setup.
