After working for some fantastic chefs over the past 15 years I am now proud to be creating delicious food under my name.

​At the start of lockdown I cooked for friends and family, . This soon leapfrogged into a sustainable business and here we are 3 years later.

Our Story

JACK IN A BOX started as a way to serve friends and family during the difficult times of the first COVID lockdown. As demand grew, I was able to sustain a business, supplying my local community with gourmet street food. My menus have quickly become a local favorite among pop-ups and independent venues.

I am proud to announce our expansion under JACK ROBINSON CATERING, where all forms of professional catering are readily available to

Yorshire, Leeds, York &, Harrogate.

Experience

During my initial decade as a chef, I underwent training across various restaurants in North Yorkshire. My culinary journey took me to Melbourne and Sydney for a year, which proved to be a great source of inspiration, hangovers and amazing food.

On my return I joined The Feathers Inn of NorthumberIand, learning nose to tail cookery from award winning head chef, and good friend Rhian Cradock.

I culminated my experience by working at the prestigious Grantley Hall, where I had the privilege of cooking alongside Michelin-starred chef Shaun Rankin.
