About Jazz and Salsa

We can entertain your guests in a style to suit your setting - from a large venue accommodating several hundred people to a more intimate space such as a room in your home. Our jazz band features professional musicians who regularly perform at some of the finest venues in the UK. We are based in Reading, Berkshire and in London, but we will (and frequently do) travel anywhere in the UK. Whatever the situation or event - your guests will always remember the music! For music for weddings, we can provide all or part of the music, from the ceremony to the reception through to your evening entertainment. Or perhaps you are looking for live music for a family reunion, a birthday, dinner or anniversary party, music for corporate events or for some other kind of celebration? Ask us for some ideas

Perfect for our Wedding!

We loved having the Abbey Jazz trio and their singer Georgia, play at our wedding! Their music created such an intimate atmosphere. Not only where they talented musicians and artists but they were all lovely people who contributed to the joy of the day!

Really lovely band, great music.

These lovely people can to play during the drinks at my daughter’s 21st birthday party. They were very attentive to her style, flexible on the timings of their sets, friendly and accommodating. Great music too - just the right tempo. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Thank you Betsy, we really enjoyed ourselves and you were really on the ball on the organisation front. The staff at the pub were really charming & helpful (particularly Michael and Coltrane). And the guest of honour seemed to have a good time. For anyone reading this we were playing for a retirement party.

Abbey Jazz and Salsa made my day

I have trawled through numerous sites to find the right sort of band to celebrate my special 80th birthday lunch at Sulgrave Manor - the ancestral home of American first president George Washington. I found the answer in Abbey Jazz and Salsa. They provided such a high standard of entertainment and went to great lengths to provide the sounds I wanted and differing times throughout the event. I can't recommend them high enough.
