JB Gone Cooking

In 2023 I decided it was time to get out of the commercial kitchen environment and start something on my own and be outside more. In the Summer I went 'live' selling hot food from my red rice horse box. I've been serving a variety of foods including fresh focaccia sandwiches, malaysian curries, loaded indian style parathas and even pop up burger nights.

I have worked in restaurants, bakeries and catered at many events - including weddings, festivals and corporate events- now I'm continuing this from my trailer!
