Founded and incorporated on 24 January 2024, J&B Medical and Security Services Ltd is registered with company number 15440804, and has its registered office at 36 Lichfield Street, Walsall, England, WS1 1TJ.
The founders recognised a growing need in the West Midlands region: organisations and events require integrated solutions that combine high-quality medical care with robust security services. They believed that by creating a business that bridges both domains, they could deliver greater value, responsiveness and trust.

Second invoice sent for overtime!
Friendly and knowledgeable medical staff attended our charity event. All services carried out as per quote and first invoice. No serious injuries happened so staff were relatively unused at times. The disappointment came 1 week after the event when we were sent a second invoice claiming for 2 hours overtime. This was disputed with the MD but they did not budge. No terms an conditions were sent to us and timings not included on first quote/invoice. Less funds to our charities in the end.

Thank you for your review. It was a pleasure covering your event, and we were delighted to work with you and your team.
Regarding the overtime charge, we understand this may come as a surprise. However, when an event runs over by two hours, we are required to charge for the additional time, as our staff must be compensated accordingly. Please note that we had already reduced the price for you in recognition of your charity status.
We would also like to remind you that the original quote included the following statement:
All clients have the right to request a copy of our Terms and Conditions relating to overtime and additional hours. Please ask upon booking if you wish to be provided with a copy of our T&Cs5 Star Review
Security Guard for private event
Bilal was great at maintaining and overlooking the huge number of teenagers at my daughter’s 16th. The party was a huge success and having him there was a great reassurance .

Wow, Jordan, JoJo and Jack were brilliant, They were super Proffesional, great attention to detail. I felt reassured that the event was safe and I could relax. They had great communication throughout the evening. Jamie has been great over the last couple of Months. I highly recommend and will use again ! Thank you again !!
