Jerk and Lobster was founded in 2018 at Notting-hill Carnival. The idea came about by wanting to do something a little different for the festive cultural event. That was still in line with the Caribbean heritage. Since then we have done a market stalls, festivals, private chef for celebrities, pop ups and private events and weddings. No matter how big or small the event is Jerk and Lobster can cover this.
