I've been running JPenlington Media for just over 11 years now and my story goes all the way back to my school days, learning about and enjoying the world of photo and video cameras and figuring out how to tell stories. This then gravitated towards University where I began thinking about my future and that big old question of "what do I want to do with the rest of my life!" Whilst at University I learnt a bit more of the business side of the video and photo production world, learning how to set and manage expectations, dealing with deadlines whilst working my actual business', all of these elements that I learnt really early on I feel has set me in very good stead to be able to help people. And the rest they say is history, I've created over 335 videos on my journey so far (yes I've counted!) and I'd love to help you next.

Just over 11 years of JPenlington now, originally established back in 2015.

One of my biggest highlights so far was being flown out to Miami in America and hopped on a cruise ship for 10days to film some e-learning content for a sports charity that provide kids sports camps on the cruise ships.

I've covered the length and breadth of the UK from Edinburgh to Brighton, Wales to Cornwall and even a cheeky trip or two over to Ireland as well. No project is too far!

Thanks to the digital age, videography and photography can be applied to any and all business', events and organisations. I've been lucky enough to work with one man bands through to big corporates like PPL PRS, whilst also working with educational institutions such as Ratcliffe College as well as a number of chariites over the years.

In short no one person or business is to big or to small, I can help everyone!

I have two 2.1 degrees in Digital video and broadcast production from Confetti Institutes in Nottingham and Media Technology from De Montfort University in Leicester.
