Our team covers food preparation and cooking, serving and order assembly, front-of-house customer service, payment handling and the overall organisation of our trading space. We have experience working in busy event and street-food environments, where speed, organisation and consistency are essential. Before each event, roles are clearly allocated so that the kitchen, serving and customer-facing sides of the operation work together efficiently, particularly during peak periods. Our team is passionate about showcasing Nigerian food and culture through vibrant, flavour-packed dishes, while providing the friendly and welcoming customer experience that is so important at festivals and public events.
