Korale Kitchen brings the bold, vibrant flavours of authentic Sri Lankan street food to events across the region. Based at Blackminster Business Park, we operate both a welcoming physical kitchen and a fully equipped street food trailer that travels to festivals, markets, private parties, and corporate events.
From fragrant curries and sizzling street snacks to freshly prepared Vegan, Vegetarian and Meat dishes, everything we serve is freshly made using traditional recipes and quality ingredients. We also offer flexible on-site catering for a wide range of locations, tailoring our menu and setup to suit your event perfectly.
