At just 21 years old, sitting in a hospital room hooked up to chemotherapy, I made a choice. Instead of letting a life-threatening cancer diagnosis define my future, I used it to ignite it. In the middle of my treatment back in 2016, I began dreaming of building my own business. I was determined to take the hardest battle of my life and transform it into pure, positive energy, turning a moment of struggle into a lifelong drive for excellence. That dream became K's Katerer’s. My deep love for authentic street food, combined with a passion for being creative in the kitchen, is what drives everything we do. I constantly experiment with new flavours, perfect recipes, and craft bold twists that get people talking. Whether we are rolling up in our vibrant food van to serve fresh, hot street food on the spot or providing full-service catering for a special occasion, our goal remains the same: bringing people together, creating genuine human connections, and absolutely delighting taste buds.
