Using family recipes, we provide real, authentic Spanish paellas from scratch with a delicious depth of flavour. We cook and serve them from our stunning, shiny, retro-style caravan which is beautiful inside and out, and guaranteed to be a conversation piece at any event. We use locally sourced ingredients as much as possible, although our rice and spices come from Spain to guarantee the authenticity of our paellas. We can tailor our paellas to your event giving you options of flavours including vegan, and all are naturally gluten, dairy, egg and nut free.

Our caravan is self-contained so we can park anywhere that is fairly level, and can be cooking up a storm shortly after arrival!
