We are a catering company specialising in Spanish paella and tapas. Carlos is a native of Barcelona and is passionate about brining the food of his youth to this country. We are located at Hill House Farm in the Cotswolds where we freshly prepare all our products in a beautiful rural setting conveniently located between Cheltenham and Cirencester. Carlos is the heart of the business. Growing up in Catalonia with his extended family, he was greatly influenced by the home cooking of his Spanish mother and Catalan grandmother. He moved to Bristol from Ibiza in 2004 and, upon moving to Cheltenham in 2014, he saw an opportunity to offer the cuisine of his youth to the people of the Cotswolds. Carlos cooks with intuition and passion, his natural understanding of ingredients allows him to create amazing layers of flavour. He respects tradition and simplicity but is also inspired by contemporary combinations and he loves paella! Helen brings a steady head to the operations and is able to fuse her love of all thing Spanish with her organizational skills. We want to create the highest quality and most authentic product possible, integrating the finest genuine Spanish products with the freshest local produce. We provide genuine Spanish paella using the freshest ingredients, Spanish rice, authentic seasoning and traditional methods.​ ​We cater for intimate gatherings of 8 people up to large parties of 100+ people. Cooking the paella in front of your guests offers them a great interactive experience, or if you prefer we can arrive with the paella precooked and ready to be eaten. We also have a large range of hot and cold tapas to accompany the paella.​ We are supported and mentored by Virgin Start Up and are proud members of NCASS.

We can cater for weddings, private parties, Spanish nights, outdoor events/ festivals and corporate buffets or team building events. We are an alternative to more traditional options and have catered with great success for clients who want to impress their guests by recreating the spirit of a beautiful summer night in Barcelona.
