About Le Raclette Hut

Raclette is melted Swiss Cheese over Rosemary and Sea Salt Potatoes, Fries, Toasted Baguette, or over Nachos. The offering is vegetarian to start, with the options of adding different extras, eg mixed Peppers and Mushrooms, Lardons, ( crispy bacon bits ) Cumberland Sausage, Sweet Cjhilli Beef etc. The Nachos come with Salsa, Guacamole, Sour Cream and Jalepenos, The Raclette is served in front of the consumer straight from under a hot grill, the cheese is scraped directly providing a real visual treat from our Swiss Chalet look gazebo. We can cater for any event and tailor our offering to suit your needs - dietry requirememnts, budget etc We are a small family operation based in the Preston area, have been operating as caterers since 2003, have a 5 rating with Fylde Borough Council and stand many events, shows and larger artisan markets throughout the year with our stalls. We recently introduced the Raclette Hut last year and it has proved extremely popular being a unique offering something a little bit different.
