About Lottee Harris

A photography lecturer and freelance practitioner, educated at Falmouth University, with a background in documentary photography. My work is shaped by storytelling, accessibility, and care—resulting in portraits that feel grounded, collaborative, and genuinely reflective of the people in them.

Alongside teaching, I continue to work professionally, bringing a documentary-informed approach to portraiture that prioritises comfort, consent, and genuine connection. I’m particularly passionate about inclusive image-making and working with people who may feel underrepresented or uneasy in front of the camera.

Most recent work includes photographing Birmingham Children’s Hospital fashion show, capturing moments of confidence, creativity, and joy.

Whether I’m working with individuals, organisations, or community-led projects, my aim is always the same: to make thoughtful, empowering portraits in a way that feels calm, respectful, and collaborative.
