Excellent service and reassuring support.
Mark has been brilliant. He assessed what was needed in the lead-up and on the day arrived early to get the setting up done. His advice beforehand was invaluable; he was patient and understood how perplexing this kind of thing is for a non-techie like me. His input added greatly to the event, which was a delightful day of lectures about Elizabethan times, delivered in the Great Hall of Hoghton Tower by Dr Jonathan Foyle.
