Lucky Number 13 Bar

Staff turned up nice and early to set up although they had been told it was a 6pm start when I had always clearly said it was 7pm. I was dissapointed that having paid for welcome drinks they were just placed on a table and not offered to guests as they arrived, I could have done that at a fraction of the cost, I was paying for a service not cheap Prosecco. A great range of drinks but in future on hot days you need to ensure that drinks are already chilled as we were served warm beer and soft drinks all night and the beer pump never worked from beginning to end. The staff worked really hard and helped make our event special so thank you to them. Found out at the end that guests had been charged for tap water that staff got from the kitchen.

From start to finish Lucky number 13 bar were brilliant. The communication with Matthew was brilliant and the service on the day was fantastic. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. James, the glass collector was an absolute star, not only did he collect the glasses but he offered to help at every available opportunity. Drumayne and Nathan were both lovely and worked hard supplying my guests with drinks. After the event finished they cleared everything up quickly and efficiently leaving the venue clean and tidy. Can’t recommend Lucky Number 13 bar enough.
