Hi, I’m Lucy, the face behind Lulu Creations — a balloon artist based in Newport, South Wales, creating bespoke balloon designs for all occasions - from birthdays and baby showers to hen parties and milestone celebrations, I design balloons that are made to fit your theme, colours and vision perfectly.

I specialise in stylish, high-quality balloon stacks that make a statement and add that extra special touch to your event. Although I’m known for my stacks, I’m now expanding into larger venue set-ups — so whether you need a show-stopping centrepiece or a full event display, I’d love to bring your ideas to life.

My business has been proudly running for a year, and in that time I’ve built a reputation for attention to detail, quality products, and friendly, reliable service. I’m based in Newport but I’m more than happy to travel to help make your celebration unforgettable.
