Our Story
I am a professional, Spanish-qualified chef with extensive experience, currently running the busiest restaurant on match days at the Etihad Stadium, home of Manchester City FC. I love my job and love my customers, but busy services and high-pressure environments make it, let's say it this way, less enjoyable.
Around 12/13 years ago, I lived in Perth, Australia for a while. There, my partner and I worked for a catering company that used to go around with its massive paella pans to houses and festivals as well as companies and whatever was on. We did it for 3 years, and we loved it. We cooked for the most amazing and loving people, in the most amazing places around Western Australia, and it's quite simple, we miss it.
We miss the contact with people, the chat, the smile, the appreciation, the passion, the love.....and why not, the fun in the making and delivering. So many happy faces; that is what moves us to do what we do.
The idea of bringing this concept to the UK has been in the back of my mind a while now. After having surgery on my spine last year and having had a great recovery, I feel stronger than ever to get this dream of mine up and running. We've got the knowledge, we've got the passion and the willingness to make the food at your event the tastiest and the least of your worries.

It is basically just me, a chef, Spanish with lots of experience in Spain, Australia and England, and Elisa, my partner, Italian with more than 25 years of hospitality experience
Experience
Since I started cooking 15 years ago, I have been in a wide variety of environments and worked with a lot of chefs, some not too good, some good, and some really, really good. I've got a little bit of a mixed background, but what I like the most and where I feel full-on is with Spanish food.
I have run massive kitchens and restaurants in Australia and England, and still do, but what really moves me now is live cooking with fire, and if I can do this and make people happy, that's it for me.
