Hi, I'm a italian chef based in chesterfield, I established my business 4 years ago and I think I'm the perfect match with what you are looking for. I have a catering van and I do traditional Italian recipes of pasta ( matriciana, pesto, Cacio e Pepe, burrata and tomato, maccaroni cheese, beef ragu etc.., filled focaccia bread ( parma ham, mortadella, salami selection, etc
..) also we have experience on catering such as buffet, seat down formal meal,Canapés, sharing boards etc..the set up is comprehensive of 3x3 gazebo ,table, cutlery plate and napkins 100% recyclable and some decorations, as well I will have always my food truck where I cooking averithing fresh the same day.
