My cooking is rooted in real research — I’ve toured Sicily extensively, studying its traditions, flavours, and techniques — and I bring that knowledge into every menu I design.

Our Story
I do what I do because food has always been the way I connect with people, culture, and memory. I grew up surrounded by Southern Italian and Sicilian cooking — the kind of food that’s simple, honest, and full of soul — and that shaped everything about the chef I became. I started cooking young, but it was travelling across Sicily, studying its street food, pasta traditions, coastal flavours, and family recipes, that pushed me to take this path seriously. That journey eventually led me to open my own restaurant, where I built a reputation for bold flavours, handmade pasta, pizza, grill dishes, and authentic Sicilian street food. What inspires me now is creating experiences that feel personal and unforgettable — bringing restaurant-level craft into homes and events, using the best ingredients, and cooking everything from scratch, right down to my own potato‑bun gourmet burgers. I do this because I love giving people a taste of real Sicily, and because nothing beats the moment when great food brings everyone together.
