Based in Essex and travelling across the South East, we bring exceptional coffee, handcrafted desserts and genuine hospitality to weddings, corporate events, festivals, sporting events, brand launches, private parties and community celebrations.

At the heart of our business is **Betsy**, our beautifully restored mobile coffee and dessert bar. Inspired by timeless Royal Doulton elegance, her floral birdcages, soft blue décor and charming details make her a stunning centrepiece and talking point at every event.

Our menu offers something for everyone, from barista-quality coffee, speciality teas and luxury hot chocolate to indulgent desserts including Belgian waffle sticks, hot cookie dough, our popular Build Your Own Crumble Bar, loaded tiramisu, frozen cheesecake, brownies with ice cream, dipped bananas and seasonal specials.

During the warmer months, Betsy transforms into an iced drinks destination, serving iced coffees, iced teas, matcha, smoothies, coolers and milkshakes.

What makes us different is **Canelope**, our specialist drink canning machine. Every iced drink is freshly prepared in front of your guests before being sealed into our signature crystal-clear biodegradable cups, creating a unique, interactive experience.

We also personalise drinks and selected products with your branding, making us ideal for corporate events, product launches, weddings and promotional campaigns. Whether it's a company logo, wedding monogram or bespoke event branding, we create memorable refreshments with a personal touch.

Every business has a beginning.

Ours started with a simple conversation between a mum and her sixteen-year-old daughter.

“What about a dessert van?”

At the time it was just an idea. Neither of us imagined it would change our lives.

After 26 years in the construction industry, where I had worked my way up to Director level, I was unexpectedly made redundant in 2025. What could have been the end of one chapter quickly became the beginning of something far more exciting.

Instead of searching for another corporate role, we decided to back ourselves and turn Meade’s dream into reality.

We bought a van, named her Betsy, and transformed her ourselves. Every panel, every fitting, every late night and every “what have we done?” moment became part of the journey.

Today, Betsy travels across Essex and beyond, bringing people together through exceptional coffee, handcrafted desserts and genuine hospitality.

For Meade, this business is about independence — building a future, funding her education, travelling the world and proving that dreams are worth chasing.

For me, it’s about something even more precious.

Time.

Time spent working alongside my daughter.

Time creating memories instead of missing them.

Time building something that reflects everything we believe in: family, hard work, kindness and never being afraid to take a leap of faith.
